All vouchers /invoices/receipts to be submitted to VSI in originals at the end
Research Paper will be the sole proprietary of the VSI. VSI has the rights to publish in IJVES.
Research paper final report to be presented by the candidate during Annual VSICON on completion
after which it will be published in IJVES. The candidate has no rights to present/publish on the Research
Topic in any other Conference/Journal in part / Interim report / Final report or under any other title.
The candidate receives the Grant from VSI. Hence he is bound to VSI only, which has the sole rights on
this research and the reports. In the event of discontinuation of the research, it is the responsibility
and liability of the candidate to reimburse the Grant amount sanctioned to him completely.
Research Grant Awarded to one candidate will sign a Mou with VSI and don’t have the rights to
transfer to another candidate of his own free will.
Applications to be submitted by October 5th 2024. Portal for the same will open today on the
conference website. There will be a selection by the Research Grant Committee; which will go through
all the applications.
The selected applicants will present in Annual VSICON Research Grant Award Session, for final
selection.
The decision of the Research Grant Committee and / or the Judges will be final. The names of the
selected candidates will be announced in the Annual General Body Meeting by the President – VSI.
Once awarded neither the Title/Topic of research nor the candidates for the Topic will be changed.
The submitters will be notified regarding the decision by the October 10, 2024 through e-mail

Only registered delegates can send the abstracts. Poster and Paper should not be the same.
All delegates are eligible to send abstracts for all the categories.
All the abstracts are to be uploaded using online registration at the Conference web-site (https://vsicon2024.com/) in the prescribed format. No
abstracts will be accepted through email, hard copies by post or by CDs.
The abstract should contain the following details: Name of the Presenting Author (underlined) and co-authors (if any), Address for correspondence, Delegate
registration number, Mobile number, Email, and the appropriate subspecialty.
The abstract is restricted to a maximum of 300 word. It should include: Objectives/ Title, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and Key words. Please check for grammar and
spelling mistakes. Use font new times roman, size 16 for submitting the abstracts.
All abstracts are peer reviewed, and the Scientific Committee/ abstract committee reserves the right to assign it as oral or poster presentation. The abstract
therefore should not be casually written and due care should be taken to ensure its contents.
It is the responsibility of the presenting author to ensure that all the co-authors are aware of the contents of the abstract.
There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author may submit.
There will be total of six minutes for presentation and two minutes for discussion.
No correspondence regarding a change in the presentation shall be entertained and all members are requested not to contact the Conference Secretariat or the
Organizing Secretary in the matter.
All abstracts sent to the abstract committee will be blinded and the committee will be taking its decision in a totally non-partisan manner.
On the basis of the consensus received from the screening committee members, Secretary Organizing Committee shall prepare the final list of papers to be presented.
Accepted abstracts will be listed on the conference web-site by 15th September. 2024
The prize paper abstract has to be submitted by 31st July, 2024.
All abstracts have submit their full text articles at IJVES website (https://review.jow.medknow.com/ijves) to be eligible for selection for prize
paper presentation by 31st august, 2024
The manuscript id has to be made available to the conference secretariat by 5th sept, 2024, beyond which the paper will not be accepted.
Papers submitted for the Prize paper category will NOT be switched to the Free paper category on non submission of the article and the manuscript id.
Please note, your 5 minute presentation will consist of a summarizing presentation of about 2 minutes and a discussion of about 3 minutes.
For your e-poster presentation in front of Main Arena 1 kindly plan to be there at the beginning of the entire session or at least 45 minutes before your presentation is scheduled!
The poster should only consist of one pdf page and will only be shown electronically! No print version necessary.
